Natalie Picha

Natalie is responsible for enhancing and optimizing the overall client experience, focusing on client satisfaction. She believes strongly that every person’s story matters, and she loves getting to know people and connecting them with the proper resources to impact their lives in a positive way.

Natalie has been in the financial services industry since 2004 and has worked as a wealth management advisor at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. She is a proud honor graduate of the University of Houston Clear Lake.

A proud native Texan, Natalie is passionate about community and public service. She has served on the Seabrook City Council and is a current board member for the Sanctuary Foster Care Services. In 2024, she was honored with the Women in Leadership Award and is a TED speaker, where she has shared insights on the gender gap in today’s historic wealth transition.

In her free time, Natalie mentors emerging leaders, coaches women in business, and supports various nonprofit initiatives. Her commitment to empowering others – especially women – is at the heart of everything she does.
