I direct the firm's investment strategy, portfolio management, market research, and analysis. My goal is to help clients understand the relationship between the financial markets and the overall economy. Through research, commentary, and actionable insights, I provide investment guidance to our valued clients and client-facing teams.

With a career spanning 39 years in the Financial Services Industry and working with major investment firms, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch, I developed my investment expertise in institutional and retail asset management. Along the way, I obtained the CFP® certification from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc., after completing coursework at Rice University.

I am passionate about serving my country and community. I am a proud US Navy Veteran and former Mayor of Seabrook, Texas. I have served as Chairman of the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region, a member of the Houston Galveston Area Council Transportation Policy Committee, Past-President of Seabrook Rotary Club, and Past-President of Big Brothers Big Sisters Bay Area advisory board.
